If we are setting up, please feel free to come outside. But please keep your social distance 6 feet away with a MASK on. Social distance is in accordance with our local and state orders for this PANDEMIC!!
You are WELCOME to take photos. But please refrain from touching or moving the yard cards.
We are taking all precautions to keep your family and our family safe by wiping down signs with disinfectant after each use.

About Us

Yard Card On The Green is a family-owned business, operated by Adrian & Aja Carroll, a beautiful successful couple with four kids, Aijah, Kris, A’nyla, and Adore. The couple have been entrepreneurs for over 15 years. They have merged their brilliant minds together to provide the community a remembrance of event cards in their yards.

Adrian is no stranger in the entertainment industry who is a world renown celebrity event coordinator, and a cheer/dance competition producer. He has partnered up with his wife Aja, that he loves dearly who is a premier floral designer and owner of Designed by Aja Floral. She has worked with many celebrity clients and hundreds of clients in the DMV area. Both of the Carroll’s offices are based in Bowie, Maryland.

With COVID-19 putting a dampening and a halt on the country from going out to celebrate their birthdays, graduations, and milestones and all the businesses closed, the Carroll’s came together to envision what they could do to put a smile on the community’s faces. With families being unable to go to event stores to purchase decorations for their celebrations, the idea of Yard Card On The Green was born.

POLICIES

Due to high demand, payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm/hold your reservation/date.
You will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn display items.
For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greetings display. Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting or playing on it. Please discourage all persons from playing on or around the display.
We do ask that you take pride in your lawn display and treat it with respect. Please do not move items.
Please do not throw lawn display items in the garbage, or vandalize our signs. It is best to notify the honoree to not harm the display, as you are still responsible for it.
Please DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the display. Balloons get hot in the sun. If a hot balloon blows against our signs, our sign may become damaged.
If you have a LAWN CREW coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we set up.
We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration. However, please DO NOT pull the signs from the ground.
“Yard Card On The Green” and all of its employees are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental.

REFUND POLICIES

Due to the full amount that is due at the time of booking, if you must cancel your booking, you must do so within 72 hours prior to your date to receive your full refund. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice will forfeit 50% of the payment. or you may leave the full amount on credit for future booking date, based on our availability.

In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds, winter weather and any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn display in harm’s way. You will receive a FULL REFUND.
No refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address.
No refunds will be given due to the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display. No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community.
No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up. (If you have any animals, please have them in your house or cage. Our employee’s will not set up your yard displays and there will be no refund.
